LIGNE EDITORIALE DE WAG GALLERY
Soumission de Portfolios
Les photographies proposées à l'exposition en ligne sur Wag Gallery pourront être argentiques, numériques et sous post-traitement à condition de correspondre à une certaine qualité définie par la technique, la démarche artistique et la cohérence des sujets proposés.
Afin de correspondre à la ligne éditoriale de la Galerie, l'accent sera mis sur les sujets portant sur le corps, les portraits, les espaces urbains et paysages ou toute autre démarche originale ayant une identité très personnelle quand à l'approche visuelle qu'au traitement des images.
En cas de vente, les photographies présentées en Galerie devront être susceptibles de tirages papier ou support divers proposés par leurs auteurs.
Les Artistes souhaitant proposer un portfolios photographique sont invités à me faire parvenir par mail leur sélection au format jpeg +/- 1600 pixels et en résolution 72/100 maximale.

Joindre un titre par série proposée, un micro cv ainsi que leur démarche artistique ou une note d'intention y faisant référence. Leurs liens Web et Mail pour leur section "Contact Artistes".
Les Portfolios proposés pourront être de 1 à 4 pour un contenu d'une trentaine d'images par thème proposé. Ils pourront être renouvelés ou supprimés sous la demande de l'Artiste.
La mise en page du site, des textes et la présentation seront gérées par mes soins afin de donner une cohérence à l'ensemble de la Galerie. Des corrections seront apportées en cas de note des auteurs.
Aucun frais de gestion ne sera demander quand à cette gestion de l'espace web.
L'Artiste recevra une demande d'autorisation de publication de ses œuvres dans le cadre unique de la Wag Gallery. Aucune autre exploitation n'en sera faite. Les photographies seront protégés sur le site.
EXPOSITION / VENTE
L'exposition des portfolios d'Artistes n'est pas soumis à l'obligation de vente. Le choix revient à chaque Artiste de proposer ses tirages à l'acquisition ou de simplement d'exposer son travail.
En cas de souhait de vente, les formats, types de tirages et prix demandés en Galerie seront notés sous les œuvres en ligne ou dans la section " Contact Artistes". Les coordonnées et liens de chacun y seront repris pour une mise en relation avec le public ou d'éventuels acheteurs.
En cas de vente, la Galerie pourra servir d'intermédiaire entre l'Artiste et l'acheteur mais ne retiendra aucune commission sur celle-ci. Une transaction entre un Artiste et un acheteur pourra se faire sans que la Galerie y porte intérêt.
En cas de vente, l'auteur s'engage à fournir l'œuvre commandée par le client au format et tirage convenu et en haute qualité en prenant en charge les frais éventuels d'envoi à l'acquéreur de l'œuvre. En cas de litige, la Galerie (Thierry Cuvillier) ne pourra être tenue responsable.
MODALITES DE DIFFUSION ET DE VENTE
Le prix des œuvres est fixé par l'Artiste lui même qui s'engage à le respecter comme il est précisé sous chaque travail présenté. Ce prix est uniquement valable durant la durée de l'exposition sur Wag à condition que l'achat d'une œuvre soit réalisée durant cette même période. L'Artiste se réserve le droit de le modifier avant ou après l'exposition si la vente n'a pas été conclue durant la période d'exposition et ce sans engager la responsabilité de la Galerie.
Les œuvres présentées restent la propriété physique, intellectuelle et morale de chaque Artiste. Toutes reproductions et sauvegarde de l'image hors de l'usage privée sont interdites et se référant à la loi sur le code de la propriété intellectuelle ( Art.L111.1 à L 335.3 et 335.4) punissable par la loi.
PUBLICITE ET COMMUNICATION
La communication sur la Galerie et les Artistes exposants qui y sont associés sera gérée par mes soins. Réseaux sociaux, invitation par mail, diffusion de flyers au sein d'espaces culturels. Il sera demandé aux Artistes présent en Galerie de faire de temps à autre la publicité de celle-ci via leurs réseaux sociaux et contacts de manière bénévole et sur la bonne volonté de chacun et chacune.
FIN D'EXPOSITION / DEPART / CHANGEMENT DIVERS
Chaque Artiste reste libre à tout moment de modifier la proposition au sein de ses portfolios, ses informations personnelles et textes associés. De proposer de nouvelles photographies ou d'en retirer comme bon lui semble. Je m'occuperais d'effectuer au plus vite ces changements. Les Artistes pourront quitter la Galerie à tout moments sans raison définie en m'en informant par mail ou via les réseaux sociaux.

Portfolio Submission
The photographs proposed to the online exhibition on Wag Gallery can be silver, digital and under post-processing provided that they correspond to a certain quality defined by the technique, the artistic approach and the coherence of the proposed subjects.
In order to correspond to the editorial line of the Gallery, the accent will be put on the subjects relating to the body, the portraits, the urban spaces and landscapes or any other original step having a very personal identity when with the visual approach that with the treatment of the images.
In case of sale, the photographs presented in the Gallery will have to be susceptible of paper prints or various supports proposed by their authors.
The Artists wishing to propose a photographic portfolio are invited to send me by e-mail their selection in jpeg format +/- 1600 pixels and in maximum resolution 72/100.

The proposed Portfolios can be from 1 to 4 for a content of about thirty images per theme proposed. They can be renewed or deleted under the request of the Artist.
The layout of the site, the texts and the presentation will be managed by me in order to give a coherence to the whole Gallery. Corrections will be made in case of note of the authors.
No management fee will be asked when managing the web space.
The Artist will receive a request for authorization to publish his works within the unique framework of the Wag Gallery. No other exploitation will be made. The photographs will be protected on the site.
EXHIBITION / SALE
The exhibition of the Artists' portfolios is not subject to the obligation of sale. The choice is up to each Artist to offer his prints for purchase or simply to exhibit his work.
In the event of a desire to sell, the formats, types of prints and prices requested in the Gallery will be noted under the works online or in the "Contact Artists" section. The coordinates and links of each artist will be listed for a connection with the public or potential buyers.
In case of a sale, the Gallery will act as an intermediary between the Artist and the buyer but will not retain any commission on the sale. A transaction between an Artist and a buyer can be done without the Gallery's interest.
In case of sale, the Author commits himself to provide the work ordered by the client in the agreed format and print in high quality, taking care of the possible expenses of sending the work to the buyer. In the event of litigation, the Gallery (Thierry Cuvillier) could not be held responsible.
MODALITIES OF DIFFUSION AND SALE
The price of the works is fixed by the Artist himself who commits himself to respect it as it is specified under each work presented. This price is only valid during the duration of the exhibition on Wag provided that the purchase of a work is made during this same period. The Artist reserves the right to modify it before or after the exhibition if the sale has not been concluded during the exhibition period and this without engaging the responsibility of the Gallery.
The works presented remain the physical, intellectual and moral property of each Artist. All reproductions and saving of the image outside of private use are forbidden and referring to the law on the code of intellectual property (Art.L111.1 to L 335.3 and 335.4) punishable by law.
ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATION
The communication about the Gallery and the associated exhibiting Artists will be managed by me. Social networks, invitation by mail, distribution of flyers in cultural spaces. It will be asked to the Artists present in Gallery to make from time to time the publicity of this one via their social networks and contacts in a voluntary way and on the goodwill of each and everyone.
END OF EXHIBITION / DEPARTURE / VARIOUS CHANGES
Each Artist remains free at any time to modify the proposal within its portfolios, its personal information and associated texts. To propose new photographs or to withdraw them as he/she sees fit. I will take care to make these changes as soon as possible. The Artists will be able to leave the Gallery at any time without any defined reason by informing me by mail or via social networks.
